Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials confidential and for activity carried out under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

Flight information and pricing

Flight options, schedules, availability and prices shown on AERVANA come from our platform inventory and can change. Information is provided for planning purposes and is not a guarantee of availability at a given price. Airline conditions of carriage apply to travel.

Flight tracking

Tracking information reflects the most recent status recorded on the platform. Always check with your airline and the airport before travelling, particularly close to departure.

Bookings

Booking references are unique and should be treated as confidential. Anyone holding a valid reference can view the itinerary associated with it. Changes, cancellations and refunds are subject to the fare rules that applied at the time of booking.

Availability

We work to keep the platform available and accurate, but we do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features may be added, changed or withdrawn.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, AERVANA is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the platform. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
